    They seemed massively disorganised and after waiting 45 minutes we were told that they had not processed our order at all (they put it in the done pile).

    To their credit they did give us our money back no argument. But it did ruin our trip to Cleveland.

    What a great little family cafe. The best fish and chips and calamari I've tasted, and at a very reasonably price.
    Reminds me of what cafes were before the yank fast food chains destroyed the family cafe culture.
